OMG OMG OMG. That is the ONLY thing I miss is Caskbill's DVC planner/tracking programs.

May I test. I'm awesome at breaking stuff. No one let's me beta anymore because they say I think oddly and make them work harder when I find things. Of course that is in windoze environment - not that difficult to break. Anyway please keep me posted. I really wish I could beta test. Unfortunately my time is unreliable. How cool though!!!

He yelled at me about all kinds of stuff they had no answers on while i was gone.... and did they bother to call me and ask.... BUT NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

but i'm supposed to be pshychic and know everything that is going to go wrong for the next three weeks even when it hasn't happened yet....

I've already vented to HR although it doesn't do me any good...

Guess it's time to get the resume out again......

(never had one but i did have gall stones so i can imagine pain is of similar caliber) Did the doctor ask you to go on a specific diet? (i know my FIL is supposed to cut out certain things since he's had multiple stones over the last few years and had to go to the hospital.)

Did you guys know that Dody took the beautiful photo of the pirate ship at Castaway Cay that is being used for our banner on the 5 nite DD cruise in Sept. 2008. It's a beautiful photo that she shot from Topsider's.

Hey everyone!
I had a self-imposed limit my internet time at the end of last week; too much to do and I waste too much time (especially when cleaning is the thing I HAVE to do). Had a great visit with my sister, bil and neice on Sat and Sun.

Trey's on his way south for an annual gathering of fellow Carolina fans to watch the ACC tournament on TV, play golf, and eat and drink too much. They're all guys who were in the same fraternity at UNC in the early to mid-1980s, and they and their wives/girlfriends/significant others have rented a place at Topsail Beach, NC, every year for 25 years at tournament time. So, Lisa, that noise you're hearing over the next week coming from Topsail? That's just a bunch of 40-somethings screaming obscenities about Dook, State, and the rest of the ACC.

Hope all are well. Back to catching up!

Had an interesting parental moment last week. Hannah came home with a "strike slip " (handed out for major infractions like hitting). And what was the infraction listed on the strike slip? She did the "bunny ears" to the lunch aide. (You know, when you do the "peace sign" behind the head of someone so it looks like they have bunny ears... I was surprised when people had never heard it called this when I had to explain it.) Yeah, it's fun when you have to have a discussion about bunny ears being disrespectful to adults and you're trying NOT to laugh because you sound absurd.

It took me 2 days to catch up being off the board for 3.

I have to tell you guys that thanks to PJ's help on Saturday night I am now listening to my IPOD!!!! LOVE it!!!!! I just can't forget how to go around my elbow to get the files moved from shared to the library to the playlist.

Lisa, I'm skipping Topsail this year, since I can't pull the girls out of school again... last year I pulled them for one day and drove down Friday and came back Sunday and that was exhausting. We just need to live in NC again!!!

So how many of you guys have seen the movie Annie Hall?

There is a great scene in that movie, where Woody Allen has Diane Keaton over for dinner, and he tries to cook live lobster in a pot. It is a hilarious scene. They end up laughing and having a good time. Later on in the movie, he has a date with another girl, and while she is nice, he tries to re-create the lobster scenario . . . and it just doesn't work. She doesn't think it is funny at all, and kind of looks at him like he is a nut.

This thread was like trying to cook those live lobsters in the pot. We had a great time, and laughed a lot together. Being on another thread without all of you guys (while the people can be very nice) is like trying to recreate that lobster pot with another girl. It just isn't the same.

I don't know that I like that look. It looks . . . unbalanced. The baggier shorts with the tight tops look kind of dumb to me. Of course, I am always a traditionalist with such stuff. I wish they would focus more on the game and forget the fashion statements. There is a bit of an uproar with some folks around here because the new OSU stuff may have some kind of LeBron James signature logo, and it seems unbefitting a college team when LeBron (though an Ohio boy) never went to college.
