I believe the original question was how much did they increase from year 1 to year 2. So 200% would be correct for 150. When looking at the increase, you need to back out the denominator.

If you are looking at what percent of the prior year you produced in the second year, then yes, 100 would be 200% and 150 would be 300%.

So are you saying that Lisa and I are also Correct......we're just answering a different question? Thank you!

Ahhhh Andy I remember when you lost Midnight last year What an awesome doggie! What kind of dog? Everytime we lose a pet, I swear I won't get another one.....It's so incredibly painful to lose them.

Midnight was a Lab/Shepherd mix.

The things us human owners do to our best friends huh? How long did you have him? I did not have a dog for the first 18 year of our marriage but when DS got really sick he wanted a dog and since us parents are suckers for our children, I got him what he always wanted - a black and white male Siberian Husky who he wanted to call "Bob."

And what did mom get? A black and white FEMALE Siberian Husky who you probably saw earlier in the boards who was initially called Bobby but she later picked Isis as her name. That should of been our first clue! Isis Queen of the House or AKA - Human Baby, DIVA, and the best one of all - Devil Dog. All names that fit appropriately as you can tell. I love Midnight - have you gotten any other dogs?

We got Midnight from Hazel's brother when Midnight was just about 7 weeks old. He was sleeping in the pic with the "empty" cup on his head. He was so gentle though, we really do miss him. We have a cat now, and she thinks she OWNS the house!!!

Seriously, I have to leave at 10AM to go look at shelving for a secure storage area we're building. Yup. A chemist by formal education, and I've going to look at shelving. Work is paying for lunch and gas, so I'll go look at new toilets if they want me to.

Yep, the 150/50 = x% is correct IF you wanted to find out what percentage 150 is to 50.

But if you want to find the percentage difference (or change in percent) of the two numbers then you need to use the formula:

........EndAmount - StartAmount
%Chg = -------------------------- X 100%
...............StartAmount

OK, that makes sense...so you would find the overall percentage then subtract the original 100% of the first year.

Good Evening. Tonight we have a special report from our music reporter. Take is away Tuneful...

Hello Folks. This evening we had the 4-6 grade concert.

Actually, it wasn't that terrible. Each class performs separately - I don't think they're put together as a larger group until 7-8th grade. So, every "Music" class got up and sang, and played their recorders. The 4th grade did the simplist choral music - 3 parts. The 6th grade did a 4 part version of Scarboro Fair, accapella, that was just outstanding. the 5th grade did a very nice ring dance as part of their work.

Then there was the 5th and 6th grade winds. That one really was . On the other had - there's only so much you can do with 4 clarinets, 4 trumpets, and a drum (6th grade).

The strings classes were quite nice. This is the first year for the 4th graders on an instrument (other than recorder, which they started in 1st grade) - they did simple pieces, but acquitted themselves quite nicely. the 6th grade did Vivaldis "Spring" and was quite excellent. Rather unfortunately, there's someone in the 5th grade who can't keep time. It left the audience a bit like this.

Good Evening. I'm very pleased to report that the family had made their precruise ressies at the HoJo. Two nights prior to the cruise for a quick peek at Disneyland. I hear the folks at the hotel were just great to work with!

I think that it is great that the kids are exposed to music at such a young age. None of our elementary schools have a music program with instruments.

Yeah...

... I can machine gun my shots a bit when I shoot certain things - like my girls at any of thier activities - like Karate, Gymnastics and Soccor. And on any vacation - I take 2 of everything - then sometimes a 3rd just for good measure.

I shoot at the maximum image size and at the lowest compression my DSLR will capture. I would encourage you to do the same - especially if you crop or manipulate your images - or want to manipulate them in the future.

I forgot to add that the camera takes video clips so we also have several of those during the day.

This is an older picture. The dog on the right isn't with us any more. We lost her very strangely when she was 10 months old. The dog on the left is 12 1/2 years old and sucks rug to this day.

No, they're not chewing. They're nursing the rug.

You win. Gracie doesn't do that. But she does like to make all her fuzzy blankets nude. She pulls all that stuff. same with tennis balls.

Love the picture they are beautiful. The lighter white blanket. I need one of those. Gracie loves that type of fabric. Haven't been able to find one. She use to have a toy that was made of that type of fleece and she wore it down to about 3" piece that she carried around all the time.

Brack, didn't you say earlier that your DS is 34? You guys were young 'uns!

We were very young; Annette was just 18. This really wasn't that unusual in NC at the time. Our DS was born the next year. Also not unusual.

The unusual thing about this is that we are still married after 35 years when most are not and we are still very much in love ....... with each other!

Monica, that's exactly how we'll do it . . . I'm going to be on the Magic in just over 2 weeks (3/24) and I will look around with an eye for some places that might work.
