It is a bean shaped and you inflate it. Kind of like an exercize ball. You've seen those balance balls. So you do crunches and push ups many different exercizes, It is bean shaped so it is not so hard to balance on. There is no balance issue. The bean supports you. It is just fun! I do the half -hour Total body workout on the DVD that came with the bean.

I cant wait to start. I am retired so hopefully I will find a nice group of people to exercize. Yes Walt and I have a Harley. He is the driver and I am the passenger. It is alot of fun. We just started riding in May. We ride all over Texas hill country. We are going to Mississippi and Tennessee in two weeks. I am excited but nervous. I hope my butt does not hurt too much. Walt got me a special seat so it should help. We should have alot of fun. Diane

Hope the walk went well. I mowed the lawn tonight using the self-propelled lawnmower. It takes about 45 minutes to mow our lawn. Now it is off to do some:laundy: and walk on the treadmill. Thanks again for the motivation. You are so right it is crunch time.
