Was calling off and on all day (since 6am CDT) getting busy signals, external phone system circuits are busy (the female voice), internal phone system cicuits (male voice), 2 dropped on hold calls, 2 "The system is down, try later" CMs (One very nice (Dawn), one not so much), 1 call that went through to an up system.. made Le Cellier and Sci-Fi, and then blammo (she was very nice as well, Nicole). Finally, at about 2pm CDT I got through to Beatrice.
She made my day! A blast on the phone, very nice, helpful, and fun (which is a rarity). Even brought me out of my normal shell!
At any rate, through the issues we managed to get all but 1 of my 12 ADRs set. She was "saving" after 4, so it took some extra time, but they got in. She was able to jumpstart her system by closing down the bad window and reopening most of the time. As well as keeping other windows closed (the last stretch she just had the dining one open, even closed her email!). Now, I'm sure that wasn't all that necessary, but it did the trick. (She also cleared cookies and temp files each attempt, which is more than likely what actually helped
)

Now, this is a ton of food, as I'm going DxDP, it should be good times though. I also made my resort confirmation and everything while on the phone (it helped kill time waiting for dining page to reload!)
Good luck to those still trying! And for you solo people, make sure to have them try for 2 Adults for the non-pay-up-front places. Beatrice didn't believe me that some would show with 2 but not 1 until I had her try Le Cellier (after she scored me my ADR of course
)
Now, I can finally get to work.. with an 1hr and 45min left in the day

(Note: I made the Teppan Edo ADR before I had made the resort reservations, so I didn't have her try it with DxDDP punched in)

One thing that I noticed many doing, and think it's great (which is why I did it too!) was to make mention of the good, kind, nice CMs who really made the wait worth it rather than lambasting any bad ones they came across. /thumbsup for that!
It has been a rough day for sure! 
I am actively on hold. The recording says I will be onhold for about 9 minutes! We'll see. I'm at work, so we'll see if my co-workers will put up with me not being productive!
