Just got our vouchures for WDW on April 9th!

This whole process was great!

I am looking forward to spending a day at WDW before our magical vacation!

Stayed up till midnight last night, but was able to get all that we wanted (except Palo Tea... none available!):

FOOD-
Wed., April 14: Dinner at Palo (6:00 PM)
Fri., April 16: Exotic Rasul at the spa (2:00 PM)
Mon., April 19: Palo Brunch (11:30 AM)

EXCURSIONS:
Madeira: Views and Parks
Cadiz: A Taste of Cadiz and Jerez
Barcelona: Gaudi and Barcelona

I'm so excited! Being able to book all this makes it finally seem real!

DH and I have signed up for all the same excursions. If we have the same times, I will see you there!

I did stay up last night...got everything I wanted except High Tea ... I dont think they have "tables for one" or like to have singles for the Tea... I was on at exactly 12 and it wasn't an option ....ok so I am lettign go of thet LOL....moving on

Castaway Cay-
My son - wild side
Me- Cabana Massage while HE is with the "wild side" (any feedback about the wildside excursion woudl be helpful from a teen)
Both of us - Double waverunner- ...I hope its worth it

Madiera- Caves and Coast- seemed the best for "nature" excursion- my boy loves nature/science stuff

Cadiz- Biking adventure - National Park

Gibralter- Walking Tour (although the more I read...the more I am getting convinced we could do this on our own....thoughts?)

Barcelona- The aquaruim etc.... (again nature)

I also did Palo Brunch....Day 4...Palo Dinner Day 10
and....I did schedule the ALONE time experince at the spa Villa's OMG -I did this last cruise and although expensive I NEVER regretted spending the $$. (plus my sistah gave me some disney $ to spend on the cruise. :cool1:

Thats the whole enchelada so far...subject to change...I am open to feedback about the excursions.

this is kinda fun ...

That'll teach me to cruise when we're 90 days out for the next one!

The Wonder was fabulous, although Castaway Cay was a wash-out (literally) yesterday. Waves, wind, and a deluge of rain! It was COLD coming back, and Port Canaveral was a nice brisk 30-something this morning! :scared1:

We're booked for Brunch on the 17th, and dinner the following night while at Madeira. I'm pleased as punch, I wanted a Saturday Brunch and Sunday Dinner. It'll give us a break mid-cruise from the rotational dining...

I am a bit of deal junkie! This week at Staples they have really nice dry erase boards for $1. These are normally $6.99. The board is not only magnetic on the back but the board itself is magnetic and it comes with two magnets. Dry erase boards are a must for our family to communicate on the cruise.

They also have dry erase marker packs for $1 too. You can print the coupons off their website or get them in the Sunday paper.

Ok off to Staples.

We are set up for;

Unforgettable West Madeira
White Villages of Andalucia
Gibraltar Walking Tour
Montserrat: Half Day
Palo Dinner

Can't wait

Brooklyn....
thanks for the coupon thought....passed them by earlier this mornign ...but the boards are a great IDEA for the room messaging between my son and I.
very smart!

Got everything except tea. That will teach me to lounge around in bed until 3:30 am.

I was on right at opening time and did not get tea either - so don't worry about lounging around :)

We just booked Palo brunch for day 7 at 11:30am:thumbsup2
We don't do palo for dinner because we enjoyed eating dinner with the kids, and couldn't figure out why high tea wasn't available for booking yet.

Tea was available for booking - just no tables available.

She is still on Cloud 9. She woke up this morning, jumped out of bed and said "I am SO happy!"

Congrats!

Don't forget to check onboard for reservations.

Thanks for posting the availability for those of us who can't book just yet. I was starting to feel a little nervous but it looks like they'res still plenty of spots

Got this answer on the main boards to my question about Montserrat. Shortened slightly here, but wanted to pass it on to those who may be interested, and though Lynne might want to have it for the web site/new first page.

Barcelona To Montserrat by Train...

This sounds interesting - thanks for posting. :thumbsup2 We usually don't do ship excursions unless there's just something really unique that we can't organize on our own. Montserrat sounds doable!

She is still on Cloud 9. She woke up this morning, jumped out of bed and said "I am SO happy!"

Congrats Brooklyn! :flower3:

My husband & I will be doing the btb for our 40th anniversary trip. WE would like to be a part of the group, I thought I needed my daughters help, but just figured out how to participate. I just posted on the other thread as well. We crossed on the last TA, but nearly missed the ship and never did catch up with the disboard group. This time we are staying the night before at the Hyatt. I was able to book excursions this morning and am ready to go!!!

Welcome, Zonie!

Can you pass on some more information - names, cabin # (or GTY), Main or Late dining? I'll add it to the website (see web address below in my signature).

I'm not sure how to reply to individual posts, but I am excited that there will be another couple our age!! Yea. We are main dining, room 7063 this cruise and gty12 on the next. Last ta, we did the hop on hop off bus in Barcelona and loved it, but didn't really get to explore, so this time we are getting the two day pass. WE did the Cadiz walking tour, this time we are going to follow the sea wall around in the morning and do the white villages in the afternoon. Maderia we will do Views & parks and enjoy the flower festival. Gibraltar on our own, we saw it all last time and it can easily be done on your own, at least the second time.

Hmmmm - 43 years? I'm thinking you will be nominated for COUPLE #3, DCL's MATCH YOU MATE, Rockin' Bar D! Will you be a willing participant? If we "stach the deck", we can have an all DISers show!?

So that would be:
COUPLE #1: Princess Monkey - to be married in WDW, just prior to the cruise
COUPLE #2: SDLong329 - 24 years and counting!
COUPLE #3: Happy Goofy - 43 years and counting!
