Magic in/on the Atlantic sounds great...blue lanyards work for me too! Anyone know how to set up a webpage for our group???:surfweb:

COUNT US IN!!!

We are two families traveling together repeating the AMAZING vacation we had last year.

I will need to update my signature ASAP but those were the 2 cruises we did this past April/May!!!

In total we will be 7 adults and 7 kids.

This will be our 3rd TA's with DCL!!!! TA's are our FAVORITE!!!

I am sure our friends will be posting shortly!

I like Magic in the Atlantic too!! Blue lanyards work for us . . . getting so excited! Just curious how we work the lanyard ordering etc. Do we send money to someone who orders them all? :confused3

Has anyone had good luck searching for flights from the west coast to Florida and from Barcelona back to the U.S?

we booked our air thru Disney...I've been watching air from Barcelona back to the US and haven't found anything cheaper than what Disney has charged us for STL to FL and back. Everything I've seen is well over $1200.00 just for the return flight. :scared1: Let me know if you find something, but I think we're gonna stick with Disney and let them do my dirty work.;)

disney so far has the best A/F for us. i just did a search on orbitz for the day after we get in out of Madrid arrive at MCO before cruise and leave out of MAD and it was less than $1k pp

Does anyone plan on doing Rome, Afterward? We are thinking Rome and Athens...but I have to figure out how to get there and how to get home...LOL...I have got to get to planning this trip.

Count us in :)

We are the other half of Brooklyn (she counted us as 7 adults and 7 kids, I thought we were just 14 kids :rotfl:).

Did the trans and med back to back last time and going to do it again, was an awesome vacation.

We should be somewhere close to 30 cruises on DCL by the time this one rolls around.

Looking forward to meeting new friends and spending time with old ones.

Please keep me off the roll call (bad experience last time).

For those asking about airfare we paid alot less than Disney wanted to charge us (less than half). We waited pretty late to get our airfare and pretty much checked prices daily.

Hi all,

maybe Magic on the Atlantic - I'm not so sure I want to be IN the Atlantic.:rotfl:

Boats r in the water not on the water. air cushion vehicles r on the water. displacement Hull boats are in the water( like the MAGIC). just a fact, sorry to disappoint. :surfweb:

I totally agree with you, Shezzy!
The lower part of the boat may be in the water, but WE will hopefully NOT be in the water (other than a pool or jacuzzi)!!

I think I'm going to stick with Magic on the Atlantic as my first choice!
I hope we all make a little magic on this trip..... pixiedust: :wizard:

We were thinking Paris, but after looking at prices for flights, we decided on London. It's twice as much to fly home from CDG in Paris than it is from Heathrow! And that's with the direct flight from Heathrow to our airport!

Jim and I spent some time in England 10 years ago, but only one day in London so this will be a treat! Hannah's so looking forward to it!

Glad to see the roll call spreadsheet is being used. :) I only initially added those that were already in the roll call on page 1. I figured everyone could just add (or not add if you don't want to be on it) so that one person didn't have to maintain it.

We've been watching airfare for awhile now and I couldn't believe that the direct flight from London to Raleigh has gone up over $500 in the last month. I am kicking myself for not booking it sooner. Good thing we'll get two tickets using miles!

We've had a lot of luck with seating in the dining rooms in the past but figured maybe this time we'd see if someone from the boards wanted to sit together. If you are interested PM me. We're a family of three with a daughter who will be 9 (by one month) on the cruise. We're not social butterflies but we're also not too introverted :) Hannah would love to have another kid her age sitting with us as she has a hard time making friends while in the clubs. We are in the main dining time so let us know if you are interested :)

So, for those with kids on this cruise, when are you telling the teachers that they will be missing two weeks of school? These are the last two weeks for our school so I am not really worried...just haven't decided when to tell them :)
