They mail you a postcard with a invitation code and details. They mail it 4 times (one for each quarter of the year). I have only been invited for this offer twice since I been a cardholder.

Just wondering if anyone has gotten any of the bonus portion of the Oct-Dec 3xz offer. I know the bonus portion is the actual month (1st-monthend) and for some previous offers I have rec'd the bonus portion on the next month stmt sometimes a 2 month lag. Well My stmt cuts the end of Nov and I rec'd a bonus amount I cannot calculate. I have always been able to do so and the bonus always proved to my number. Anyway, I did purchase food from a mail order place as well as costco (i had grocery, dining, airfare and gas offer) anyway, Either they counted these places or didn't use my threshold amt. Still cant figure and when I called they told me my bonus was correct! It can't be if my threshold amt was 500 and those caterories. Only 16. but should have been about $4 for the bonus portion . Who knows Anyone else with this problem.? Thanks.

Got mine for the month of Oct. (statement closes Nov. 7th.)I didn't use the card beyond Oct. 31st. Got about 75% of what I thought I should. On yours, I believe that Costco is ineligible for both groceries and gas. Bummer.

Yes you are correct Costco shouldn't be included. My total purxhases for Oct were about just under 1500 total actual oct. My included purchases were abou 700 threshold 500 so only 200 should get the extra 2 percent. 4 dollars. I recd 16! Who knows but Chase said it was right. Aalso you thought you were shorted. The purchases het the reg 1 percent as usual 2 percent is separate. Could that be your difference?

I haven't received any of my bonus dollars for October or November. Just called Disney Visa and said they will give all the dollars in my January statement because its prorated and its easier for them that way. Is anyone else experiencing this? I thought I read that some people have received them already?

I too have always gotten my rewards dollars all together, one month following the end of the promotion. Hopefully my January statement will have th bonus points for the last 3 month promo.

I got an offer in todays mail for my disney visa. It was between Oct 1st and the end of December, if you used your disney visa 4 times or more each month you would get 10 bonus reward points each month-total of 30. Then at the end, if you fulfilled it for each month you would earn an additional 20 making it 50 reward dollars in the end. I signed up immediately! Just thought I would pass this along

Is there a pattern to the folks who receive the bonus rewards? Maybe you don't use the card often? Maybe you charge very little on the card? I'm thinking they know they'd be giving me 1k bonus points during these promos so they don't offer, LOL.

From what I hear, its very random on who gets the bonus offer. The actual offer varies for people who get it as well. I pay off my balance every month and have received it twice.

My offer was spend $250 on anything and earn 3x rewards... well in Oct I spent $1000 (net of 10 points earned that statement) and my Nov statement shows Triple Bonus offer- additional 2%- 9 points... shouldn't that be 20 points? Or at least 15 once they take out the $250 I had to meet for the offer, or am I missing something?

It is a little complicated on how the bonus extra 2% is earned. You earn the regular 1% as your statement cycles (if it cuts off the 15th say of the month) The BONUS extra 2% is earned on the actual month 1st to month end, so your bonus 2% will span during 2 actual statements. The 250 for October for the bonus is on the ACTUAL month so you have to calculate it. Did you take that into consideration? Pain to do especially when you have categories. Since you don't it's a little easier.

Not exactly a 5x rewards question but....disney visa question has anybody every used the rewards card to purchase disney gift cards (from disney store or online)? Our next Disney vacation won't be for at least 5 years and my current rewards are good until 2015, so just thinking of safeguarding them in Disney gc's.....those are always good for the full value and never expire correct?????

After having the card for 3 years and using it regularly, I finally got a bonus offer...get this...3x rewards after $3000 spent PER MONTH. That seems insane to me. I don't spend nearly that much!
