IT opened at 7am with the phone reservations. I checked just for chagrins and there it was. Got mine done in 5 minutes for our first choice!

Was on the phone right at 6. I was on hold and trying to find the link for online reservations. I got my reservation completed online for Biergarten 5pm show. I need to cancel an existing ADR for Biergarten. The system tried, but failed. Thank goodness it did an override and booked my CP anyway. Now, I can move on with the rest of my day.

Got mine online while I was waiting on hold on the phone. Got 12/1 which is what I wanted. Couldn't get 8:15 show, but got 6:45 show. (3:30 dinner reservation)

Person picked up at 7:12, just as I was finishing entering everything for my 2nd reservation online for Via Napoli. Got 3:30 dining for the 6:45 show on both Christmas Eve and 12/27. Glad I stayed on my computer while I was on hold. Thanks to the person that booked online and posted it asap.

I had the same thing, no mention of wait time. I made mine online while on hold, so I hung up. Lunch, Biergarten 5pm show.

Click on "DINING EVENT"

Select an event drop down menu....Click on "HOLIDAYS AROUND THE WORLD: CANDLELIGHT DINING PACKAGES".

Make sure you choose a restaurant, b/c the first time I went through, I didn't select mine, & it took me all over the website.

I got Teppan Edo for the 12/5 2nd CP I guess we'll be having dinner at 3:40pm

Thank you. Got it. Wanted Le Cellier for Christmas eve and the ONLY open time was 12 noon. Not perfect but I grabbed it... and I will be happy with that.

The thought of a 60 minute wait on hold was not thrilling me

Thanks to the DIS'er that posted that online was available! I got put on hold at 6 a.m., and shortly thereafter made my reservations for Rose & Crown for the 8:15 p.m. show (4:50 p.m. dinner) on 12/5. Much better than still being on hold with the Dining folks! I do wish they would list the package prices out on that website, or in the fine print when you're booking.

We got in about 5 minutes ago! December 25th at 1:30 Rose & Crown with a 5pm showing! We seem to have gotten very lucky with the timing, we can't get the system to work now for ANY reservation making.
