One and done?

Le Cellier
Captain's Grille - Although we did go there once for dinner and once for breakfast, so it's twice and done.
Coral Reef
Tony's Town Square

I'm pretty easy to please...so in general, I would happily go back to most WDW restaurants.

My one and done are:
- 50s Prime Time. Only because my DH is not big into comfort food. Also, I thought the food just tasted ok, especially for the price. The shtick didn't reach my table but it was fun watching our server play with another table.

- Rose and Crown. I'd go back but my family is blah about the menu. Amazing view of Illuminations though!

- Chef Mickey. Food was ok, characters were fun, wayyyy too pricey.

- CRT. It was special eating in the Castle but our service was truly bad. We've done it and unlikely to do it again unless we are with a newbie who really wants to do it.

Hollywood & Vine in Hollywood Studios. It has the distinction of being the only restaurant in WDW where I called the manager over and told him to take the mandatory tip off my bill because I wasn't going to pay it. He asked why and when I informed him that he and I had just spent more time together than my family and out waiter he agreed to take it off. To his credit when he say the cart with dishes piled on it next to our table and found out it has been there for an hour he took the entire meal off my charge. But no way I will ever set foot in there again.

CRT (or any character meals). It's cool to dine in castle, but way too overpriced.

Hoop DD. Again, they should at least change the show up a bit after all these years. Food is very bad actually.

BOG. The food is OK, the place is too loud / big. Not worth waking up early to score a reservations.

Mexican restaurant in Epcot. I ate there years ago. The food came in bright orange sauce. How can you messed up Mexican food? Haven't been back since. This one, plus the American Pavilion and 9 Dragon in Epcot should be in hall of shame. You pull anyone off the street will do a better job.

Akershus for us. It's a good way to meet Princesses with no lines and without the cost of CRT, but we thought it was small, crowded, and the food and selection was meh.

Boma for dinner blech Everything tasted like cinnamon and the service was awful.
Too many other great places to eat. Disney Springs has some wonderful food!

Ohana and Boma for breakfast.
DD14 and I tried Ohana a few years ago because she loves Stitch. We waited 10 minutes to walk into a half empty restaurant. As soon as we got to our table (I hadn't even sat down yet and the hostess was still at our table), Mickey stopped by. I thought he was just swinging by to say hi, but no, that was his visit. I was still standing when I took pictures of him with DD. The character interaction there was horrible. The only one worth the visit was Stitch. The food was really good, but not good enough for the price or the experience.
Boma's breakfast did not impress me either. We were seated right away and our server came over to offer us juice. I must be in the minority here, but I do not like the juice blend that all of the buffets serve. When she asked if I'd ever had the juice before I told her yes, but that I didn't like it. The look on her face, you'd swear I ran over her dog or something. She was just off from that point forward. The food didn't impress me, either. I had dinner there a couple of years prior and it was AMAZING! Breakfast, not so much. I do remember eating some sticky buns that were good, but also not worth the price.

There's no true one and done restaurant for me (definitely some one and done rides, though). That said, my least favorites would be --

1. Satu'li Canteen: The food was so-so and the portions left me wanting.

2. Casey's Corner: Their hot dogs are underwhelming. I probably won't go back.

3. Most of the Cookie Cutter QS Places: The food is the same underwhelming fast food. The McDonald's on Buena Vista (by the All-Stars and AK) has better tasting food.

To be fair, most of the food I've tried at Disney is a bit underwhelming and overpriced. I can live with the price, but I expect to be whelmed.

BOG
CRT
Chef Mickey's (although we've been there maybe 5 times, it's never happening again... until there are grandkids, I suppose!)
San Angel Inn

2. Casey's Corner: Their hot dogs are underwhelming. I probably won't go back.

And yet, a chilli dog from Casey's is what I have been craving since I got back!! Mostly because I rarely eat hot dogs and practically never eat chilli dogs in my normal life :) That chilli dog tasted soooo good.

Ohana's... I am sure this will get some flack, but I really don't see what the big deal is, we tried twice... 1st time due to the fact that we had gotten up at 3:00 am and then drove 8 hours, we were on time for the ADR but waited 40 minutes for our table, people were sitting to see the fireworks...and the food was terrible over cooked and dry, and the attitude of our server who had a date and was ready to get out of there, which he told us about 10 times... so we felt that we should give it a second shot. It was a mistake as well same deal except we waited almost a hour for a table with ADR's... oops they forgot us or thought we were already seated and the hostess said mu bad and laughed.... so they sat us right next to a table of 10 who had to be the rudest people of all time, when our server walked up to greet us, she got her name out and they started yelling her name and grabbing her arm... she took our drink orders, and that was it.... someone else brought out our drinks...and we waited and waited. Finally I went to the hostess stand and asked for a manager, who came out and was like sorry... do you want to eat, my DH said nope, just the bill, he was like okay and comp'ed our drinks, we went down to Captain Cooks as it was the closest spot and this is a spot that when we want to get out of the parks we now head to...

San Angel - nothing really for people who can't have spicy(hot) food. But the margarita's are pretty good.

try the mac n cheese dog. OH MY LANTA!!

Mama Melrose just.... no. Just no. It was really not edible and the service was odd. We ate there with the Fantasmic Dinner Package and the restaurant was crowded so I definitely understood the service being off but the food was really gross. Terrible pasta and old / reheated bread. We did get great Fantasmic seats, tho!

Tony's- Food and service were terrible, got it for the electrical parade and that made it ok but never again!

O'Hana- I'm allergic to pineapple so couldn't eat everything and what I could was just ok. Not their fault, just not worth the cost for what I got.

Boma- Dinner was meh, we left wondering why we didn't go to Sanaa again instead. I'd try breakfast though.

Le Cellier- Food was average at best, service was terrible. I can get better steak elsewhere.

Be Our Guest, both for dinner and lunch. I wanted so much to love this place. Gave dinner two tries and ate one lunch there. So loud in the main dining room, we actually preferred the West Wing. Food at lunch was awful. Dinner service was terribly rushed -- they are just trying to turn tables. The mussels were good for dinner, but the soup was watery. Desserts just meh. Entree of shrimp and scallops was decent, but forgettable. Never again.

Hollywood Brown Derby-service slow, food salty, maybe was an off day, but little desire to return.

The Plaza-nothing bad, but nothing memorable either, not in a hurry fo return.

We had the same experience. Waited 45 minutes from ADR, then food took ridicules amount of time, and then it was possibly the WORST Italian of all time, great place : )
