My husband and I both purchased GCs at Bust Buy on the same day which triggered the 500 Spin and win bonus. The swag up showed it would credit Nov 26 for both of us. Mine showed up in my account this morning, didn’t count for daily goal, still nothing in husbands account. Strange mine credited early.

Mine showed pending and today it shows expired!!! WTH???? My purchase credited today but no 500 bonus. Guess I’ll submit a ticket

Doh, was hoping they fixed that after the last time but it's SB so not entirely sure why I thought it might happen. We had one earlier this year that did that, submitted a ticket and they credited it.

I should have got in when they glitched and gave it out immediately but I wasn't sure what to buy so I waited to spin since it had such a short window. Mine credits next week so I have my screenshots ready for the inevitable ticket.

I made a purchase on Saturday and so far, nothing. But my phone kept redirecting to my Macy's app so that could be why. Ebates is more reliable for me so probably what I will stick with going forward. *sigh*

Ugh, I think I may have screwed myself with a Best Buy shop. Does anyone know if tax has been counting for the Bonus amount?

I made a purchase that was over $500 with tax but the subtotal was under it. I saw 500+ pop up on the screen and thought I was good to go for the 1500 sb bonus but wasn't thinking about the tax. I should have thrown a Amazon GC or something on there to be safe but just wasn't connecting the dots. Didn't hit me until now when I saw the Shop & Earn email with the under 500 total on it

Did it last week. I think as long as you've created a login with the virtual visa site that has your address you'll be fine.

I think you get the bonus when you get the shop credit. I had my first Macy's purchased shop credit today, along with a 1000 SB Macy's bonus.

On my JC Penney one I first got the email, then the bonus (maybe a week or two later) and finally got the shop & earn at 32 days. Not sure if that helps but it was not as soon as when I got the shop & earn email but was before the 32-day mark.

After seeing people post that they earn $1,000/year doing SB. I'm going to try to give it a go. I can play the videos at work and just ignore them no problem. But that only earn 2SBs. How am I going to earn more? Do I have to use their shopping portal?
