Italian restaurant recommendations

My fiancee and I are planning to go to WDW in early-mid April and we'd like to have a nice Italian dinner one night, so we are looking for recommendations. Your best in-park, and not-in-park, recommendations would be appreciated since we're not sure park-hopping will be a thing yet. Price really isn't a factor either.

Thanks!

Been to 4:
Via Napoli (Epcot)
Mama Melrose (HS)
Trattoria Al Forno (Boardwalk)
Tony's (MK)

Tony's was THE worst.
Trattoria was the BEST!
Didn't mind Mama Melrose, was very Olive Garden.

I have also heard good things about Il Mulino (at Swan).

There is no shortage of Italian restaurants, as DS has three all by itself.

EPCOT, depends on what you want. Tutto Italia is really good and has more unique dishes, where Via Napoli has great pizza and more standard italian dishes.
MK, only have Tony's
HS, never a big fan of Mama Melrose, but there are those who really like it
DS, even though there are three, never been to any of them (even when Terralina was Portabello)
AK, can you really classify Pizzafari as Italian?
Boardwalk, been told Trattoria Al Forno is great, but never been but it did smell good in Abracadabar
RIvera, Topilo is really good. Is a bit of combination of French and Italian, so not strictly Italian, and also has a limited menu at this time.

If you do Trattoria Al Forno you can go have a cocktail at Abbracaddbar before hand and the server there will check you in for your Trattoria resie.

The new Topolino's in Riviera is a signature. Il Mulino is not on dining plan but is on par with the signatures.

I've eaten at Tony's, Trattoria al Forno, Tutto Italia, Maria and Enzo's, and Via Napoli.

Tony's: As bad as it gets. Couldn't even serve al Dente pasta (it was mush) and the sauce was overly sickly sweet.

Tutto Italia: Reminded me of Olive Garden, but the food was acceptable.

Via Napoli: A glorified pizza joint, but not in a bad way. The food was good, but the room so loud we could barely speak across a table for two.

Maria and Enzo's: Loved the food there. Not sure that I like the dinner prices. We had price fix lunch, which was awesome when combined with a 40% off DVC discount. We also loved the atmosphere, and especially the actual Italian wait staff who understood how to properly space and deliver the various courses. It is the ONLY place in WDW where they had a proper long tong fork and provided a table spoon with the spaghetti course!

Trattoria al Forno: My wife and I thought the food quality was excellent. Service wasn't up to Maria and Enzo's, but vastly better than the other Italian restaurants. We liked the room very much, not because it screamed "Italian" (it didn't), but it felt more like a club than a restaurant.

We've been to Trattoria al Forno and Il Mulino. Growing up in NYC in an Italian family, I have a high standard for Italian Restaurants. Trattoria was fine, but not great in my opinion. We found the food at Il Mulino to be excellent (and it is in fact is an outpost of a restaurant in NYC).

Tutto Italia, we love that place.... would also try Topolinos, we have never been there but have heard great things

Maria and Enzo's, for sure. Went for the first time in March and the setting blew us away when we entered. A bit pricey, but food was definitely a cut above the in-park choices.

In park: Tutto Italia (EPCOT) - good , not great, but never had bad food there, love the wine bar Tutto Gusto there as well.
Via Napoli (Epcot) - good pizza, wasn't excited about the other options.
Mama Melrose (HS) - another good, but not great. Again, never had a bad meal.
Resorts: Il Mulino (Swan), far and away the best Italian we have had at WDW. HIghly encouraged.

Have not been to Toppolinos yet (was on our now cancelled April and October trips)., Same with Maria and Enzos.

I thought the food at Mama Melrose was good. the service was poor the evening we were there
