A few days ago I purchased a ticket for myself to both events even though they said the Galaxy Edge event was sold out. And the website is still showing availability for both. Now I'm concerned it's a glitch. I probably should reach out to the Podcast Team to confirm, but wondering if anyone here might have some insight. I hate bothering them if I don't have to.

Thank you so much for reaching out! Your tickets are definitely still valid and you are registered for both the convention and the after party. There might have been a slight mix-up but we made the corrections and updates to our website. The only thing sold out as of now is the VIP Convention Hall Ticket package.

Realizing if I want to do the podcast taping I'll need an event credential and I do really want to see the mouseketeers Friday night. My worry is that the podcast will be Thurs and I don't get in until Fri am. Not worth it just for Friday night and I wouldn't do any of the other speakers Fri. Hmm...

well it is a 24hr show so I’m assuming it’ll cross both day. I’m going to guess starting at 1pm Thursday to 1pm Friday.


although now worried that they’ll do the Patreon meet up on the Friday night when I’m boo bashing…

Or if it is on the Friday just earlier I’ll go in my costume..

With those hours it wouldn't be worth it for me either. And I can't imagine they'd do a patreon event that conflicts with the family reunion events which has one at 8 Fri night but maybe I'm wrong.

Trying to figure out how to fit this in to my trip, which happens to be at the same time, not plan my trip around the event It is my backup vacation after all and I get to see you and Lindsay so that same week worked.

Just got my tickets!!! But I didn't get the VIP package and now I'm questioning my sanity. I will only be able to attend the events on the 9th and 10th. I'm flying in late on the 8th and out early on the 11th. (Of course, I'm also coming back in 2 weeks for the 50th.) Do you think I made a mistake? My budget says I did not. My over anxious brain worries about being able to get into the panels I want. (Jeff Vahle, Tony Baxter, Rob Schneider, Linda Larkin, Jodi Benson, and all the after 8 music groups.)

A trip to Disney even a flying one is always worth it…

I’m sure you’ll be able to get into the panels you want, as there is so much going on everyone won’t be all in one place at one time..

I heard Pete say it's reserved seating at the panels. I tried to see if it was more clear on the ticket site and didn't see a lot more detail.
Regular Convention Hall ticket description says: "Admission to all programming hosted at Disney's Contemporary Resort, including access to the three stages, auction hall and additional evening programming on September 9 and September 10. "
VIP Convention Hall ticket description says: "Admission to all programming hosted at Disney's Contemporary Resort, including access to the three stages, auction hall and additional evening programming on September 9 and 10."

There are four of us, so an upgrade to VIP is a huge investment - grateful for anyone who can clarify what exactly is included in VIP vs. regular, or who can point me to where it is more clear on the website. Thank you very much in advance.

I am doing ok. Lots of weird mixed emotions. My parents have been wanting to take me back to the parks, to help get my spirit back. The DIS Family Reunion seems like the time. Dad and I bought Convention Hall tickets today. Dad wants me in the parks as much as possible, but I hope to see Pete, Kevin, John, Teresa, Kathy, and everyone. How are you doing?

I just got my tickets and look forward to seeing everyone! I am glad this was the day I decided to buy tickets because I was able to get the VIP package. When I had last looked it was sold out. It feels lovely to be planning a trip again.
