From the SwanDolphin FAQ & Feedback, they have updated it to be clear now;Does Bell Services accept grocery deliveries? I plan on using Publix / Instacart? Is there a fee? TIA
Try calling direct and ask for in-house reservations. Never know what they might have being held back.Has anyone had luck booking last minute stays? I'm looking for this weekend...marriott website says they have availability, but when I click on the rate it says no availability. Ugh!

I just booked a last minute stay for 2 weekends from now. I should be able to link my confirmation number to my disney app, right? It isn't working but maybe I just need to wait a day or so?

Delivery of Packages For Our Guests
Please note the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin accepts packages for our guests, however we are unable to accommodate any deliveries that require refrigeration of any kind.
I added a note to my post above, Steve.@Dan Murphy @xfiles3010 It seemed very confusing so I reached out to S/D direct and asked if there was a fee for grocery deliveries. Their reply was "Yes, for grocery deliveries are accepted complimentary, they just cannot be perishable items." So appears that the fee is only for business deliveries, at least for now
If it were me, I think I still would prefer to meet the delivery in the lobby, as you and I both have done before.@Dan Murphy - I agree - I get the feeling some of their new website was done internally and not by a team that reads and proofs things a few times. I've emailed them about some errors and never seen them changed so I've given up.
I would assume that if it's going to a registered guest it's all good, which is really how it should be for any packages or groceries. I never understood or liked the policy of charging for deliveries, but I do understand about not accepting perishables too.
Additionally........
GROCERY DELIVERIES (Amazon, Instacart, Shipt, etc.): Guests are encouraged to schedule grocery deliveries when they will be available to receive items from the delivery driver. When guests are not present to receive deliveries from the delivery driver, 11th Hour will receive and hold grocery items until picked up or delivery is requested by the guest. Package handling fees apply to all items received and held by 11th Hour as listed on the previous page. Refrigeration is not provided. 11th Hour and the Swan and Dolphin Resort are not responsible for damaged or unusable perishable items.
PACKAGE HANDLING FEES: Package handling fees are in addition to the cost of shipping and are charged on a per package basis. Handing fees apply to both inbound and outbound shipments and may be applied to your guest room, master account, credit card, or cash. Weights are rounded up to the next whole number. My bolding
Though I’ve walked past the Business Center so many different times, I never realized it was called “11th Hour.”

The written information says grocery deliveries are to the business center and are subject to fees. I'd either meet the delivery driver or be prepared to pay the fee. I don't think saying Steve on the internet said the hotel would accept without charge would carry any weight if your delivery winds up in the business center YMMV@Dan Murphy @xfiles3010 It seemed very confusing so I reached out to S/D direct and asked if there was a fee for grocery deliveries.
