My friend registered for me, rundisney sent me my waiver last week I tried to sign it and now its disappeared from both of our rundisney accounts. Ive emailed and no response

I have a similar problem, I signed my wife up and used my email address. I don't see her registration any more on my rundisney account. I sent an email to rundisney and waiting for a reply.

The same thing happened to my husbands registration. They sent him an email to link the registration to his account, and it didn't work. I'm not sure if he's back from them yet.

My registration also disappeared when I went to sign my waiver. I ended up calling twice. The first time I got prompted to leave a message. I called back right away and the second time I got an actual person. They were able to get my registration reassociated with my account. In total it took about 10 minutes.

I can't even get to a waiver to e-sign - all of my registrations are showing, but lacking all details, and no waivers to be seen. This is ridiculous.

Does it have all detail that waivers used to (name, which race, bib#, etc.)? The only info on mine is my name and signature...

Ok so I tried to e-sign my waiver and it wouldn't let me click (was on my phone). Kept trying until I accidentally hit "opt out" instead. Is there a way to fix this or should I just find a printer and print the waiver? Will they have copies there I can sign? It's been so long since I did a RD race that I can't remember.

That’s all that’s on them November 1st they are supposed to send out a “expo pass” which may have bib number

I finally found my waiver - Chrome Incognito seems to be the problem: I went to regular Chrome and all was where it was supposed to be. E-signed and done.

But there is no identifying into besides the name and "signature" -- same with my kids' registrations -- their names don't appear ANYWHERE... only my name and "signature". This can't be as intended... I don't see how I can pick up their bibs without their names on the waivers! Still no response from rD...

I would assume names, bib number will release November 1st

It sounds like my husband called and left a message, and runDisney was able to link his registration to his account. He was also able to sign his waiver, which is weird since mine says international runners need to sign a paper copy at the expo. So now I have no idea what I’m supposed to do…

RunDisney‘s technical ineptitude is breathtaking. I can‘t sign my waiver because I registered with my nickname as my first name rather than my full name. It won’t let me access the waiver without setting up a new account under that name and linking my registration to it. I guess it’s a blessing in disguise because this way my registration won’t disappear, but for goodness’ sake Disney, you’re one of the biggest companies in the world. Hire a competent IT professional or two…

Same here, I registered my wife under my account, I was able to sign the waiver, but my wife's registration does not show up anymore. I also sent email to their support email address, and called and left messages, no replied yet.

Is your name printed at the bottom?

My name and "signature" are at the bottom of both kids' waivers, but THEIR NAMES don't appear anywhere on the documents...

Yet it says to bring the waiver to the Expo... what good is it if there is no indication of who the waiver is for? Seems like a mess... and still no response from rD.

if we e-sign, do we need to print out the waiver? I thought the point of e-signing the waiver is so we didn't have to print it out
