You still need to purchase a new one. I really wish Disney would get on top of this and offer to reactivate it, even if it's only a few dollars less. I almost have more Disney mugs than regular glasses at home.

And now that there's not resort specific mugs (which used to be my favorite "cheap" souvenir since I would get a lot of refills), you might end up coming home with the same mug on two different trips. My top two shelves are overflowing with these mugs.

We have given some of ours away to friends and work acquaintances that have children that are Disney fans but have never been to the world.

I know the mugs get activated for 14 days by default. Is there any way to do 15 days?

We're going on a Disney cruise, but the plan is to fly in a couple days before (land on Thursday), staying at All-Star, check out and get on the cruise on Saturday. When we get off the ship the following Saturday, we'll check back into All-Star until Friday when we'll check out, hang around then hotel, and take a later flight home. All told it will be 15 days from landing at MCO to departure. I was hoping to be able to use the mug at the resort before heading to the airport on that last day.

I think your best option would be to just buy the cup after the cruise, unless that first Friday is also just a hotel day. There isn't a way to extend it as far as I know.

Yes, that is correct. That is how it worked for us once.

Oh I saw a pic on facebook as well and they are cute. I wasn't planning to get them this trip since it's so short but I use the mugs at home all the time so maybe I will.

When purchasing the mug Thanksgiving day, I explained the situation (hotel stays before and after cruise). They set my mug to expire 12/21/2023.

I just got back to hotel after cruise, and it still shows 12/21 when I refill.

Pop only had purple top and silver top 100 anniversary mugs. Was a little disappointed in only having two options.

This is not a refillable mug experience, but I wanted to record it somewhere. We had lunch at Mara in Animal Kingdom Lodge. I bought a single cup fountain drink Coke (cost $4.49) and filled the cup twice at Mara. Then we went to Beach Club Marketplace and was able to fill it a third time at that resort. I've heard that a single cup purchase will give you three refills, but this is the first time I've tried to get the third refill at a different resort. I'm glad it worked.
