I just redeemed for a GC and the only swap up that applied was the "December Surprise" one for 1 SB

My team challenge one doesn't expire til Jan 1, so I should theoretically be able to use it by then, but it's annoying that they applied the 1 SB instead of the 100 SB one. :mad:

Just remember Swagups expire at MIDNIGHT of the new day Pacific Time, so actually you only have until December 31st 12:59:59pm pacific to use it.

Yeah, they get applied based on soonest expiration date. When I had trouble with mine I searched the Facebook page and a bunch of other people were complaining that their team challenge swagup didn't get applied but some had the Surprise 1sb and that's why. Others are like me where it just didn't work. Just another kick for being a loser I guess

Me either. I got my prints from Saturday and Sunday on Monday and that's it since before Thanksgiving.

I’m sorry this happened to you but so glad you posted about it. I was about to redeem for another PayPal and checked my swagups. I have the 1sb surprise (what a joke) that expires tomorrow. I can hold off an extra day before redeeming for the team challenge one.

THIS was me on Saturday. I did LTG for about 20mins straight, repeatedly.
THEN Sunday and still today ......he has not working for me. At all. The window pops up with a dark grey video screen and the little circle spins for a bit then the screen goes black and that's it. No credit.
Anyone else?

ETA- the above was with using Chrome. When I used IE just now the window came up but was formatted really weird. I am able to click through the 12 steps (currently) but it's acting strange. Says "Email a link to this video!" then boxes below for me to enter my email and a message.

Grrr... woke up this morning to a $33 charge on my credit card from Wen. Did not realize this was recurring and something I needed to cancel! I have not received any emails from them about a new shipment. What are the odds of me calling and getting them to cancel and get a refund? Anyone else deal with this?

My activity ledger is goofy again. It's not showing any points from yesterday. My total points is right, but all the activity that was listed yesterday is gone. I got 2 sb since closing out for the night last night and don't know why

they will probably refund, just explain that you didn't know.

I called. They said they already shipped my order so when I get it to just write refused on the box and drop it back at USPS and they will refund my money once they receive it. I had them cancel my "membership" that I didn't even know existed. Clearly they know how to game people because I went back and searched through my email and had never received anything about "your next order is about to ship" or anything else like that.

So if you shop for something at a store that offers a percent back, how long do you usually have to wait to show it in pending on my shop activity? I bought my husband a coat on Kohl's earlier today and still see 0 pending.

Yep! I think they just applied the swag up that was expiring the soonest. I should have waited til the 1 SB one expired.

I just hit my first goal and gave up today. Finished a survey and got the "not every survey can be a winner" banner. Couldn't get a search win to save my life. Maybe they're easing us into the January slump early!

My thing is, $3 back on a $50 GC purchase? the regular swago board doesn't have a set amount and is $5 plus spins. just rubs me the wrong way.
