Pooh sized Universal visitor

It is possible you could fit.
If you could drop ten lbs before your trip it might help to fit in the rides.
About 340 is the highest I have read from other posters that were able to do most of the rides.

A regular poster johde wrote this in one of his posts about size and fitting on rides:

I've uploaded these pictures before. On my last trip January 2015, I fit on everything. I'm 6'4" and was about 310. And as you can see from the first picture I'm proportionally big everywhere. On Forbidden Journey, it was a real struggle and a couple of time I didn't get situated in time and had to take the walk of same and try again. I eventually had a nice TM who spent some time and we figured out how to get it to lock quickly. The FJ pick show the maximum safe riding position. ROTM and Gringotts I sat in the back row most of the time. But I did fit in row 3 one evening when the ride was a walk on and they had me sit there.

Do a search on his name in the upper right hand corner of the page and you will see pictures of him and his posts of where he fit and where he had issues.

Some people have issues for rides and others don't for different reasons.

I tried twice in October to ride Gringotts and did not fit in row 6, which is the modified row and row 1
It wasn't height or weight issues but leg
I could not bend the leg in
order to have the bar across the row to be down.

Tried two rows and gave up but will try again on my next trip
I was five months and one week out from TKR and had no flexibility to bend the leg for sitting in the ride.

Wish you the best that you can do the rides all you want!

Thank you, Macraven!

I would really love to do the coasters! I did them back in 2004, but when I went back in 2009 they kicked me off from Hulk, DD and all coasters in Island of Adventure. It was pretty horrible.

Appreciate this thread helped me gain the confidence to at least try to ride the rides. I did two days of Universal Studios and was barely able to do all rides. I am a male weigh 305 and my height is 6’0 ft even. Gringots I barely fit in the very back row. The first time I tried I failed but I asked another cast member who let me try again through child swap and told me to pull down on the bar while I sat down. I also slightly pulled back my feet and that helped with the shin guard issue.
Mummy was no issue for me. I was in the first row which I don’t know if that was a big seat or not. I didn’t ask and I forgot to use the test seat. Looks a lot like gringotts but no shin guard made it a lot easier.
On Rip Ride rocket rows 1 and 4 are the big chairs just sucked in my gut the best I could and pulled it in.
Forbidden Journey it was more of a butt issue. I used the test seat and the attendant told me I was yellow and needed a big seat. Had to scoot all the way to the back of the seat on either 1 or 4 and was barely able to fit.
On Hulk I had to again do scoot my butt in the chair and then I was fine 1,4, or 8.
Dudly Doo Right See saw falls gets crazy wet. Was not graceful at all getting out but I did it. Was too tall for seat 5. All others were OK.
Dr Dooms fall could sit anywhere but had to suck in my gut a little, not too bad for me.
All others were fine. Just wanted to say thank you for giving me the confidence of trying.

Glad you got to ride and enjoyed it.......and thank you for coming back to tell us about your time there......

I wanted to reply to this after having come back from a recent trip. I am 5'11 female, nearly 300 pounds, holding most of my weight in my chest and belly. Legs and hips 'average' sized. I was most concerned about fitting on the Harry Potter rides. NO problem at all on Gringotts, lots of worrying for nothing, it was downright roomy. Forbidden Journey I could not get the light to turn amber on the test seat. First night didn't ride it, second day my Mom convinced me to try again. Still couldn't get the light to turn amber but a very nice attendant came up and showed me where the amber light was on the other seat and I was *nearly* there. He said he couldn't push on the seat but the ride attendants inside would help me out. Nervous I got in line, they directed me to the outer seats which are bigger. I couldn't get it on my own, but then right at the end of the conveyor there was an attendant who was very skilled, one swift push and I was in. Once it was locked it didn't feel tight and I had a great ride. So just wanted to encourage those who are close to try, I knew it was a gamble, but it paid off and I did not have to do the walk of shame.
