I'm going to want to convert my 3-day PH to an AP when we arrive. Does anyone know if I can do that with the CL staff or do I do it at the lobby desk? Or worse, do I have to do it at a park? We're staying CL at BC if that matters.

Oh, I'm so sad to hear this. We're booked CL at BC beginning of March.

We will be staying CL at BC in March. This is only our second time and I don't think we did check in "right" the last time. We went to the main desk at which point we were handed over to someone who took us up to CL. Was that the right way to do it? I mean, we did wait in line quite a while...
