Virgin holidays package or booking separately through Disney

I’ve been pricing for next year and Virgin are way high. BA have some decent prices though for July. For the first time I’m thinking of not staying in a Disney resort as the prices are much higher than offsite (even Bonney creek) and not sure the value is there.

    Sim cards/phones in Orlando

We're with EE and paid £10 for their Roaming in the US that allowed us to use all our data and calls over there. Decent deal.

What car rental companies is everyone using now?

Just booked Avis (via British Airways) for pickup at MCO and drop off at Hilton Disney Springs. Not sure if we've been screwed on price or a great price, but hey-ho.

How soon after trip is too soon book again?

We booked this years trip whilst in Disney last year. Early morning coffee whilst the family slept and booked. Was persuaded by Disney promising it was the 'best offer they'll do' and the flexibility in moving dates. It's never too early!

I'm panicking about the Covid paperwork

Sorry for your loss. We flew last month with Virgin. From your questions: 1) Yes, NHS app on your phone is fine. We got printouts from the NHS website just because the apps sometimes played up for us. 2) When you 'submit' the passenger disclose / declaration form on the Virgin site nothing...

    Disney Changes Vaccination Requirement

This is such great news - we can book now with young kids. We're one of those that have to book in advance when travelling from Europe and tied to kids school holidays.

I booked this whilst I was on holiday and just say this invoice. Does anyone know how the dining credit works - so it's not an upfront $$$ credit?

Walt Disney World SWAN, DOLPHIN & SWAN RESERVE RESORTS Information & Questions

I've never understood the resort fee. It irritates me that it's a mandatory charge - just put it in the price of a room.

    Using Wise account in France

I've used the Wise card when going from UK to Russia (three years ago) and have just set it up to use in US when I go in a couple of weeks. The app and the process works great and would recommend it. Make sure you setup/open your account in euros and transfer into that. I think it's free to...

    Disneyland Paris - News

We've eaten there every visit over the last 20 years and will miss it for the memories but very excited about the new Disney Village. I've hated seeing the Michael Graves design fall apart.

Agree with everyone here, the other thing is most of the parks in UK are 1 or 2 days max. not comparable to easily spending 2 weeks in Disney!
