    Inflation is not high, it is 3.5%, that is what it is. Its not moving. What we do have is a massive housing shortage which is not being helped by high mortgage and borrowing costs

    I grew up in area with peacocks, they are a big nuisance. Very loud and also heavey so they will bust up your roof.

    The Marquis is pretty fabulous, I am sure you will enjoy it, San Diego is very convention dominated, if they have a big one downtown prices go way up. In that case you want to move further away from downtown, maybe more like La Jolla or Carlsbad. Even Shelter Island will have better prices...

    Same with ours. At three she had about zero vocabulary but she got it eventually.. Interesting that she was a great artist form an very early age. One thing he think contributed is she was an only with no siblings to follow.

    To get the moneys worth you need to start the day early, as a local pass holder we usually don't get to the parks before 2. That is the big difference between WDW and Disneyland. At WDW seems like everyone gets there at 8am
