That's a tough one. I'd say it's worth it only if you're planning to spend a lot of time at DHS and/or Epcot and will be utilizing the Skyliner a lot. Otherwise I might be inclined to save the $500.

I guess I’m confused by this post. Why would you not be allowed to re-enter a park you have a reservation to? Isn’t that the point of a reservation? I don’t believe it has ever happened before and I haven’t seen anything to suggest otherwise. What am I missing?

Has anyone recently done the Seats & Sweets dessert party at MK? How early are people lining up? I did it a few years ago and seems like we got there about an hour before the start time, but I honestly can't remember. We have reservations for NYE and the party is scheduled to start at 10:50pm...

You should be fine to hop to Epcot. Based on what we have seen for the past years since they started park reservations, they don't close hopping even on the busiest of days.

When they introduced park reservations they had to also restrict hopping otherwise it would’ve made park reservations useless …

True.... I figure I'm paying about $40 for food and $40 for experience, so not expecting a 5 star meal LOL.

I'm going in with low expectations based on the mixed reviews, but I'm usually of the mindset to trying everything once and decide for myself. It will likely be a one and done, but I'm ok with that. I think the teens will like the atmosphere and they are happy anywhere they can get a filet :)

I was hoping to do dinner at Toledo on New Years Day, but when I went to make reservations I realized they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays :( I did see that Christmas day falls on a Monday and it looks like they are opening for it, anyone think they might do the same for New Years Day?

If you have a park reservation you won’t be denied entry. But also, the odds of Epcot reaching capacity are close to zero.

I've stayed at both...they both have cute, colorful theming and would be good for young kids. Rooms are very similar in size and layout. Preferred rooms are just closer to the main dining/lobby area. No difference in the rooms themselves. Personally I would choose Pop for the Skyliner. It...

Topolino’s for food but Chef Mickey‘s is, IMO, a quintessential Disney experience and would be most convenient as you’re staying at Contemporary.

Another vote for CBR. The Skyliner is honestly a game changer and proximity to Riviera, plus all the other Skyliner resorts, opens up some great dining options.
