my Daughter checked out of Pop on March 14 and still hasn’t been refunded the $100 hold on her credit card. she was told through the chat feature on the Disney website to call billing and gave her the number. Unfortunately billing is closed because of the coronavirus. Any ideas if there are other options? she really needs the money back because she was just laid off because of the virus.
