400 Hilton Head points for rent (can be used at any DVC resort) ONLY 158 LEFT!

Hi everyone,
I have a total of 400 points available for rent, with Hilton Head Island as the home resort. These points are available for reservations between September 1, 2003 and August 31, 2004. Of the 400 points, 200 are banked points, and 200 will be current year points (which makes them transferable, I believe). Take advantage of the 11-month booking window to get Hilton Head for the spring or summer -- these reservations can be very hard to get without the 11-month window! The points can be used at any of the other DVC resorts with a 7-month booking window. Asking $10.00/point. I would like to make a Walt Disney World Villa Wilderness Lodge sixty (60) point reservation-rental request for five (5) nights (12-points each night) from Sunday, December 7, 2003 until Thursday, December 11, 2003.

I'll be staying offsite before then, but I just have to experience the christmas holiday decorations in the WDW Wilderness Lodge and just enjoy sitting in their lobby. I especially like to walk through the front entrance and seeing that huge 4-5 story christmas tree at night, or sitting on the leather chair in front of the fireplace above the lobby entrance, or the main fireplace. Or eating at the Whispering Cafe and sitting near their own fireplace and facing the lobby and people watching. So many things to do. I've never visited the Villa Wilderness Lodge.

I can imagine that any Disney Vacation Club owner may be concerned renting to a stranger and fearing the risk of not getting their money after making a reservation. There are several DIS Moderators on the DISBoards and many other DISers that would be glad to act as a reference for me.

Only 218 points are left! If you need a few more points than that, I would consider borrowing as many as 25 or 30 of my following year points. Only 18 of the remaining points are available for transfer. Remember, if you are interested in Hilton Head for next summer, the 11-month booking window will help you get the reservations you want!
