The company emailed me the confirmation. At first I thought it was a scam but after looking at the whole email it looked ok. So I went to the airline site and put the conf. # in and it worked. I got the passenger name and she paid with master card. I started trying to contact the airline. It’s the one with no phone customer service. They have a number for their elite customers. I couldn’t use it without a membership number. So I tried their chat. Obviously I only got canned answers from a robot who did not read the message. I tried finding to find her phone number. I think she lives in Oh. I called every number (8) listed on fastpeoplesearch.com with no luck. Most numbers were not in use or didn’t answer. I left 2 messages. Then I decided to try their chat to get a person. I started with the robot and after putting in 4 ridiculous messages I were transferred to a specialist. They didn’t have much more intelligence than the robot. I was asked to repeat the conf. # at least twice. They couldn’t comprehend that I didn’t know the person except for name, #, flight route and date and kept asking. I don’t know their credit card number. Obviously if they put in the # they could get all the info they needed. I finally gave up. After I said I was done they wanted me to confirm the date of the flight which I had already given them. They thanked me for contacting them and said I should contact them if I had any more problems. lol I will never do business with them and suggest everyone avoid them unless you know for sure you will not need customer service.
