Breakfast - Vanilla yogurt with fresh strawberries
2 slices of a baguette with apricot jam

Lunch - Salad with fresh tomatoes and grilled chicken, italian dressing
2 slices of baguette with Havarti Cheese
Pear

Dinner -
Homemade Quiche Lorraine

I did pretty good today, no snacking, all fresh food. Drank lots more water than usual, but not enough.
 
Breakfast - Scrambled eggs made with cream; 2 strawberries

Lunch - Salad with fresh tomatoes, grilled chicken; a slice of quiche

Dinner - Probably a slice of quiche since we have to go to the adoption fair for the puppy tonight.

I didn't do as well with water today. We also missed our walk last night and tonight.

Side note :

Grabbed a candy bar at Target, then headed home to make apple martinis. After all that tart/sweetness, I craved McD's french fries.... :sad2:

Keep it up and do the walking and you're sure to see progress!

Lunch- Cheated :( Went to a friends party and pigged out
Cheeseburger
A couple BBQ meatballs
Lots of cookies
ice cream cake
Lots of water

Got home late and didn't eat dinner
 
Breakfasts

Bagle with a little bit of butter
Strawberries and bananas

Lunch-

Cut up apples with Havarti Cheese
Mini sandwiches of chicken salad on baguette

Dinner -
Herb broiled chicken
mashed potatoes
Boiled green beans

Might need to get dessert tonight!
