Wondered if anyone ever used any towncar services from airport to WLV or any other DVC resorts at WDW. If so what service did you use, how did you like the service, did they stop by a grocery store with no extra charge and were they prompt with your return to the airport.

Thanks
Jimmy

We used Tiffany towncar from MCO to WLV. Stopped at Publix on the way. Very prompt, very efficient. FYI the car we had was actually Cartier Towncar working part time for Tiffany. I would not hesitate to use either service.

A lot of people like the towncars, but for a few more dollars over the cost of a round trip for the family I prefer the convenience of having a rental.

We love Tiffany Towncar. First choice if we were going to use that type of transport.

Ahoff , have to agree with you on that point. After our July trip to WLV we have decided to rent a car from now on. The Disney transportation from WLV is just to slow for me. On many occasions it took us at least an hour to get anywhere! Loved the resort, very discouraged by the transportation.

We have used both Tiffany and Yourride. Both were just fine. We took advantage of the grocery stops with both towncar experiences.

We've been happy with Mears Towncars the past several times. They're much more convient than their bus or even the shuttles. Yes, they cost a bit more, but the personalized service is worth it. We've been on shuttles that made 3 or 4 stops before getting to our hotel, and you're always having to move over to let people out, etc.

Haven't asked to stop anywhere enroute.

We stay on WDW Resort property, so no need for a rental.

We used Yourride last month to get to WLV. Service was great and the price was right - around $80 round trip for the whole group plus tip.

We've used Tiffany twice and we were very happy with them both times. Service was very prompt - they were even a little early on the pickup time. The grocery stop was free. The website says it is a half hour stop, but neither driver said anything about a time limit when we were at the store. We'll be using them again in October! Be sure to tell them that you want a grocery stop when you make the reservation.

We used Yourride to VWL in July and were very pleased with the service. Yourride was on time both times (we were late getting into Orlando). We also made a grocery store stop.

For info go to:

We haven't used a towncar to WLV, but we have stayed at WL (my favorite hotel at WDW). We always use Happy Limo and they are always prompt and give us great service. We have only used the grocery stop once, although it was on the way to Port Canaveral, not to WDW. It worked out great...it was very convenient not to have to pack the items we picked up at the store.
