Noted. First time staying on our own points, last time we rented, and faxed it in via touring plans, and request was honored. It was truly magical.

Wow. We've owned DVC fifteen years and they've only come close on a request once - and that was two rooms close together for a family trip. Unless you consider third floor of five to be close. Or Pembe Savanna close to the Sunset Savanna (its right across the hall). I'd reset the expectations, lighting probably won't strike twice.

Lol literally my only request lately has been a clean room. As in, we have allergies, and need all the service dog hair and dust vacuumed thoroughly, hypoallergenic sheets, etc. clean.

And we're like batting .500 for that Some resorts better than others. BCV usually pretty good though... hopefully no change in the management for the worse.
