Does anyone know where the Grand Villas are at the Boardwalk?

Are there any on a ground floor?

MY DD just got accepted into Rollins and if she makes it graduation, I'm thinking of having a graduation party at WDW.

Having a Grand Villa would make a great "home base"

I've 4 years to do the point planning:rotfl:

TIA

None are on the ground floor, they are above the boardwalk itself.

Floors 3, 4, 5:

5 are one story, 2 are two story. They are very difficult to get, you really need to book at 11 months. Weekends tend to be easier to get because of the higher point cost.

Thanks!

For some reason, I thought some looked out on the village Green area
but was hoping that maybe there was one that would be ground floor somewhere..

do you have info such as that for the whole resort?

Thanks
Anne

The Village Green is floors 2 to 5, all studios preferred pool/garden view except a 1 bedroom on the corner which is classified as boardwalk view.
