Candlelight Processional 2017?

Is DCA generally a madhouse in the evening because everyone moves over there? We have the option of making Sunday our first evening or staying until the following Friday, and I'm still on the fence. It would give me another day in LA proper, but I'm afraid it will be a total zoo.
