I want to rent all 120 points in just one transaction if I can, so only requests in the 110-120 point range for now, please. (Or be willing to pay for at least 110 points, I guess)
Payment methods: Venmo preferred. Paypal also OK but renter will cover 3% paypal fees in addition to rental cost. I use a simple rental agreement. Payment in full is due right after I send you the booking confirmation. I have been a disboards member since 2006 and have rented several times before, if you look at my history.
