Copper Creek 1 bedroom villa sleeps 4, will DVC mind if you have 5?

We have a reservation for CCV 1 bedroom villa, which states it sleeps 4. Will DVC mind if we sleep 5 in that room? 2 children in the pullout and our youngest in the king bed with us.

You can only put 5 in the 1 bedroom at copper creek if one is under 3 years old. It is for fire code. Also, the 5th would not be entitled to any of the perks such as DME or extra magic hours (if/when those return).

I assume you mean they would not be entitled if they were snuck in and not included in the reservation?

An under-3 can tag along for MDE, EMH, etc. no problem.

Copper Creek is a hard 4. Boulder Ridge has a 4 person limit but will allow the 5th person however no bedding will be provided.

You need to change to a different resort or book a two bedroom villa since it appears your fifth person is three years old or older. Do the right thing.

That is only if you are booking on DVC points. If you are booking on cash, you are limited to four plus one under the age of three at BRV.

Occupancy for CCV is a hard 4. You can not put more in the room. Since OP has their answer, I’m closing thread as we are getting into posts that violate.
