Does toon town open with the park?

I remember toon town used to open an hour later back in the day..

Is that still the case?

I believe it does now open with the park, since the refurb & opening of Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway.

It opens at rope drop, if you have EE you can wait by the entry into ToonTown but MMRR might not be open right away.

It opens at rope drop. We’ll often head there after early entry and the kids can ride the chip and Dale coaster three or four times in a row sometimes without even getting off. Then we hit Mickey and Minnie’s and Roger rabbit
