DVC30 not working

I’m having issues with the discount code not working on shop disney... anyone know: do I call member services or the Shop Disney customer service?

I had the same issue. I'm guessing because I'm not a "blue card" holder.

Has the code expired? I used it a few weeks ago and do not have a blue card.
