Excursions Bahamas / Enchantment of the Seas

We are cruising Enchantment of the Seas on January 12th, our stops include Coco Cay and Nassau.

What are the best excursions?

Snorkel on Coco Cay or Nassau?
Swim with stingrays on Coco Cay?
Swim with dolphins on Nassau? Worth the $215 per person?

I am hoping for at least 78 degree days, anyone know what the temperature should be in Bahamas mid-January?

We are on the same cruise as you!

We are booking a room at the Comfort Suites and going to the water park.

In January in the Bahamas we have had high 70-low 80 degree weather. One time it was very windy and made the beach freezing! January can be very variable.

My very first "swim with dolphins" was this excursion. It was in 2006 and we booked it on our own outside the ship. Since then we have done several swim with dolphin programs and I still consider this one to be the very best!!
