First Aid center or other options?

Is it possible to lay down for a bit at a first aid station. I have never really been in the except years ago to get a band aid. I have a trip scheduled later this year bringing my daughter and her best friend. They are both 14. I knew how to manage my issues using DAS under the current system and thought we would manage fine. If there are significant changes I am trying to figure our other options. I usually rest in the middle of the day, but might find that not working as well if we need to use Geenie+ or other accommodations . If we need to still wait for a ride time do you have any suggestions for a rest. Sitting does not get the same results for me as laying down. Reclining with feet up is also helpful compared to sitting. My normal plan would have been to do early entry and ride covering 1 or two areas/lands, then head back to hotel for rest and return in evening to do a different land/area not done in the morning. Thank you for any suggestions, I am not sure I am comfortable with me leaving the park while they stay, but I think I would feel OK about them going to ride/ shop on their own for a bit while I rest somewhere within the same park, hotel etc where I could quickly be available.

I believe there are first aid buildings in each park that have places for guests to lie down, take care of medical needs, etc.

They do have a First Aid station but I'm not sure they would allow you to use it for just resting/laying down. Sounds like you have a good backup plan in going back to your hotel for a rest.

I have used first aid to lie down (and do a little PT) so yes, you can , if there is space available.

Seconding this; I have also spent time in First Aid when I needed to lie down. It is dependent on availability, but generally speaking I have always been able to use their services when I needed.

I agree - nicest people, and so helpful! When I needed more than what first aid could provide, they actually escorted me to the shuttle to urgent care.
