Is there a way to take a golf cart from Fort Wilderness to the Wilderness Lodge?

Our group is split in two groups between the two resorts.

Any other tips for utilizing both resorts?

No, there is no way to take a golf cart between the 2 resorts. There used to be an exercise trail connecting the 2 but that has been torn up for the construction of Reflections and is now a construction zone. Your best bet will be to drive or take the Yellow line bus which runs between the Fort and the Lodge. Alternatively, you could take a boat to MK and then board the boat going to the Lodge or the Fort depending on which one you're going to.

I agree with using the yellow bus for transportation, likely the fastest and easiest of the options. Even when there was an exercise trail between the two golf carts were not allowed on the trail.

Thanks!

Is taking the boat directly between the resorts an option?

Well, you could use a golf cart, but you'll get in trouble.
That's what I heard anyway.... No first hand knowledge or anything........
Ok, no. Don't use a golf cart.

Thanks!

No, those boats aren't running now. Yellow bus runs direct and back to the Fort.

Only boats running currently is the big boat to MK.

The paved bike/exercise trail (never intended for golf carts) currently looks like this:

Thank you!
This is kind of a bummer, but we will have cars. Will it be a problem parking at either resort?

Usually if you give the Security Guard the family name and room/site number of the guests you want to visit, they let you in (they may scan your MB's).
