We enjoyed a Garden Grill breakfast, gluten free dairy free (though I am told the sausages may have dairy protein, though the restaurant said they were dairy free, so you can check into that). This is a great way to get on Soarin' if you have an 8am breakfast during 9am park opening day!

My MAIN tip is to ask for a gluten free dairy free replacement for the cinnamon roll as they did not offer a replacement, but they do have options. Enjoy!
