How early do I need to arrive at each park for Non-EE Rope Drop?

How early do I need to arrive at the gate at each park for non-EE rope drop? Do any of the parks typically allow non-resort guests in the park before official opening time? I'm familiar with MK's procedure of letting non-resort guests on Main St until the castle show, but I'm not so sure about HS, AK, and Epcot. Thanks!
