Mine is actualy the 9th-15th at Jambo now decided to change it up since it's now my first ever solo trip and I felt like Jambo would be better suited for a solo trip.

Had some people look at me weird when I told them I'm going solo as a mid-30's male lol it is what it is, I can't wait and am extremely excited. I've only been with family and I'm looking forward to being able to just do what I want at my pace.

We will be there, at Jambo, Sept 9 -14th.

We aren't solo, but we plan on a lot of time at the resort.

Hello AKL Experts! We are new to this resort. Coming in Sept 3-10 and sooooo excited!! I feel a little out of my element as I know NOTHING about what to request, room locations, pool etc. Starting my research now and here! We have booked a standard room, so if I am reading correctly we will be in Jambo house? Any tips, room location wise? Also does anyone know the pool hours, and are there hot tubs? Than you! So excited for our first deluxe stay!

In April we are staying in a value studio. I'm psyched for the tiny kitchen! I understand the location is really close to everything, but my only concern is that it may be too close. Does anyone know if these rooms have doors facing out onto the lobby? I can see doors on the upper floors in the pictures and in the video that was recently posted, and according to Touring Plans, the studio rooms are all located in the main lobby building. My biggest concern is possible noise.

I'll be back at AKL in December! I'm so excited to introduce my brother and sis-in-law to this resort because I fell in love with it the first time I stayed. We'll be renting DVC points and staying in a standard studio December 6-9, 2018...hoping for a studio in Jambo House, but if we can't get one there, we'll be at Kidani.
