Okay, I have good news and not so good news...I started Atikins (again!) and have lost 6 pounds in week one...hooray! Bad news...gave in to Ruffles on day 7. Not just one Ruffle, probably 3 or 4 SERVINGS. Well that was Thursday, stuck to no carbs Friday and todays Saturday. Did I ruin my weight loss? I hope not! Should I keep going carb free for another week??? I'm planning on it!
