July 2010 First Trip for the Family

This is our first post to the forum. We've been reading some of the threads and have gotten a lot of good info for our trip. This will be our first family trip to Disney DD(5), DD(3). We'll be staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge from 7/1-7/7 with 7-Day park tickets with Water park fun and Deluxe Dining.

Itinerary as follows:
7/1 Arrival Day: Plane lands @ 10:30am, Magical Express to AKL
Epcot by 3:00pm
Dinner @ Teppan Edo 5:20p

7/2: AK
Breakfast @ Tusker House with Donald 8:00am
Lunch @ QS
Dinner @ Yak & Yeti 5:30pm

7/3: Blizzard Beach, Epcot
Breakfast @ Boma 7:45am
Lunch @ Snack
Dinner @ Coral Reef 6:00pm

July 4th @ MK
Breakfast @ the Castle 8:00am
Lunch @ Liberty Tree Tavern 1:45pm
Dinner @ Tony's Town Square 7:25pm

7/5: Typhoon Lagoon, DTD
Breakfast @ Boma 7:45am
Lunch @ Snack
Dinner @ Raglan Road 6:00pm

7/6: Hollywood Studios
Breakfast @ Hollywood & Vine 8:00am
Lunch @ Sci-Fi Dine In Theater 1:00pm
Dinner @ Mama Melrose 6:30pm

7/7: Open, Departure
Breakfast @ Boma
Lunch @
