Looking for Private guides in Barcelona and Rome

I would love to get referrals for private guides that are reasonably priced.

We used Barcelona Day Tours in Barcelona for our trip to Montserrat and loved our guide. We had six people in our group and had a private van for a half day tour. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.

They can provide all different tours and customize them to your group as well as the standard tours. I would definitely use them again. I was referred to them from here on the board and some other friends had used them.

We also used Barcelona Day Tours for a 1/2 day tour pick up from the airport on arrival day. We are a family of 5 and had 3 boys with us under age 12. It was a wonderful day and even arranged skip the line passes for us at several places. We also used them for transport from hotel to ship and from ship back to airport.

In Rome & Livorno we used Tuscan Heart Tours...I highly recommend them!

I used https://www.romeinlimo.com/ a few years ago to maximize our time in Rome on a cruise. We were picked up at the port in a clean car and saw multiple sites including the Coliseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and the Vatican. The suggestion for lunch was great.
