Lost / Incorrect ADR info

Has this happened to anyone else?

Last year when we went we confirmed our ADR's the day before we left, and found one of ours was switched to another restaurant. After speaking with a manager, they were able to get us back into the correct restaurant before we arrived.

I just called to confirm my ADR for September 1, and they had the ADR down for Aug 28th (correct restaurant but wrong date). Again, they were able to move it back to the correct date, but at a later time.

Does this only happen to me?

Lesson Learned: Call up to confirm ADR's (and do it early).
