Need guidance on responses from Disney

What is the proper/respectful way to treat comments we get back from Disney executives when they respond to our complaints. I recently received a nice letter from Marty Sklar regarding some observations I had about the state of imagineering. He makes a couple of points this group might find interesting.

Yes, the letter is on Disney stationary. No, there are no disclaimers about privacy. I’m not thinking legal particulars, more common courtesy. Is there any etiquette here?

I would think, courtesy-wise, it would be appropriate to write him a brief note and ask if you might share his comments with others with similar interests.:)
