On-site car rental question?

Can we rent a car on-site? We will be staying at the Yacht Club in early Feb. and on the whole will probably use Disney transportation but we might rent a car for a couple of days to get to the Florida Mall, grocery store, etc. etc.

Any help/advice appreciated!

You can rent from National. Just walk over to the Dolphin and if they don't have a car there, they will shuttle you to the CCC.
