In May we were at the BWV in a preferred view studio. Thank goodness it was just my husband and I because we were given a handicap room. I was very disappointed with the view, all shrubs and the back side of the pool bar. But more importantly, this particular room was small, had no closet (only an amoir type thing that had the vaccuum in it), no in-room safe, the bathroom didn't have a tub... I should have asked for a different room because I sure didn't get my points worth. I let them know it on the evaluation. Now that I have found this board, I will ask for a different room next time.
