With the border between Canada and US closed and all flights cancelled,

? Maybe I misunderstood? know of a Canadian flying into MCO for a trip later this month. Said they would have to self quarantine for 14 days upon returning home

It’s hard to keep up. Maybe something has changed Recently but, thot the border only is closed re land crossing
