Hey -
Just wanted to ask a quick Q to see if someone would know. Booked a BOG Dinner reservation for an 8:30pm slot, however after searching the next day, found a better time.
I cancelled the 830pm one last night, have the cancellation email and it's not showing in our MDE. (the correct one, the one we got with the better time is.)
However, we received an email this morning as a reminder that we have an upcoming dining reservation and it's the 830pm one.
Is this an email in error? We have all the necessary proof to show it was cancelled, including a cancellation number.
