RotR recent downtime

We’re within 50 days or so of mid Nov trip, noticing weekends have had .....long wait times in general and rise seems to have been closed. What is going on with rise, and starting to rethink that reduced capacity and still long waits have us discussing cancellation.

how much prior to park reservation have folks changed or cancelled their daily plans ?

RotR has always have technical issues, there's no rhyme or reason to them ands absolutely impossible to predict what will happen on any given day
Not sure exactly what your asking. Are people canceling their trips solely because of the ride's issues?
As far as long wait times that is definitely happening and will continue until Disney increases ride capacity and/or they reopen the shows
