Staying at the Dolphin- Recommendations for transportation to each Park for Rope Drop Appreciat

I will be staying at the Dolphin for the first time on this trip. We leave two weeks from today, and I just wanted to get your thoughts on what our best transportation options would be. We will try to be at rope drop at each park at least one day during this visit. We also have a 8:05 am reservation at Be Our Guest at MK one morning. Thanks for your help!

Walk to Epcot.
Walk to DHS.
Direct bus to MK, be out at the bus stop by 6:30.
Direct bus to Animal Kingdom.

if you want to start at the front entrance of Epcot, then Minnie Van or Lyft/Über.
